The information below is left for archival purposes.
Please read the guide and instructions below and follow the link to the Indico submission page.
Abstract submission to be considered for an oral presentation closes February 15, 2016. Final abstract submission to be considered for a poster presentation closes April 1, 2016.
Submitted abstracts should meet the following editorial criteria:
- up to 250 to 300 words,
- no figures or tables, and
- a maximum of two to three references.
Note: reference citations are not required, however if references are used please follow the IEEE style guidelines for creating citations. To achieve a uniform appearance among all abstracts, all submissions will be automatically formatted using typesetting software.
Please follow the detailed submission guidelines to access the Indico system. Note this is a two step process. 1) Create and validate a new "light-weight" CERN Indico account. 2) Submit your abstract. The abstract submission site is found here: https://indico.cern.ch/event/452527/
For some international attendees, submission of an abstract is the first step in applying for a US visa to attend the conference. Please see the Visa Page for more detailed instructions.
