An indico account is not necessary for registration, but is recommended. A "lightweight" Indico account can be obtained through this link.
We accept credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, and check as payment. If you run into trouble paying via credit card or PayPal, this document might provide some guidance. Note that PayPal does not accept credit card payments from some countries.
The registration fees are listed below. The deadline to take advantage of reduced early registration prices is May 30, 2016. Extended to June 2, 2016.

The full registration fee includes:
• Participation in all technical sessions
• Continental breakfast Wednesday through Friday
• AM/PM coffee breaks Wednesday through Friday
• Tuesday night welcome reception
• Wednesday night social event
• Thursday night banquet
• CD copy of the conference proceedings
• Book of abstracts and conference program
*Companion registrations include access to all social events but no technical program access, will not receive the book of abstracts, conference proceedings, and cannot be an author or presenter of an accepted abstract in the technical program.
#The "day pass" registration will include a one day access to the technical sessions and exhibition hall. Also, the breaks and breakfast are included for that day. However, no evening events, book of abstracts, or conference proceedings will be included. On the registration form, please specify the day (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) that will be desired for the day pass.
The conference badge will use the First/Given Name and the Last/Family/Surname, together with the Organization/Affiliation. The address used in the registration form will be used to mail out the CD copy of the Conference Proceedings once they are available, so please ensure that this is accurate.
We offer a la carte purchases of several conference items. These can be purchased at the registration counter or as part of the registration through Indico.
