Welcome Reception, Sunday, June 3

We will be hosting a welcome reception with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres in the Exhibition area from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.  The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration).

Night-Out Event, Monday, June 4

The conference night out will be at the beautiful Diamond Cross Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Attendees will enjoy refreshments and Western BBQ buffet, along with an opportunity to experience a horse whispering event provided by world-famous ranchers Grant & Jane Golliher.  The venue is an authentic horse ranch nestled in the valley, and enjoys beautiful unobstructed views of the Grand Teton mountain range.  The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration).

We will provide coach buses leaving the Jackson Lake Lodge to transfer attendees to the Diamond Cross Ranch starting at 5:30PM.  More details on the coach schedule will be available before the event.

Conference Banquet, Tuesday, June 5

We will be hosting the conference banquet in the Explorers Ballroom on the evening of Tuesday, June 5.  The reception will begin at 6:30PM in the Exhibition area, with the banquet meal and activities moving to the Explorers Ballroom at 7:30PM.  The event is included in the registration fee for all registered attendees (including the companion registration).
